It’s incredible the extent that some people keep perpetuating their frauds to keep making money. The individuals who didn’t get sent to jail over the Onecoin fraud recycled their old schemes whilst living in Dubai or elsewhere. One of them, Frank Ricketts had founded Corsair which is now, apparently, an environmental business involved with plastic.
One of their activities and “services” is based in Malta where they are now selling scam-tokens that are called “plastic credits”. Apparently, it is one of those many privately-created scam schemes where you pay a private party for your pollution. This scheme is called “Certified Plastic Neutral” with the company called Green Exchange Ltd owned by Enrico Bradamante. In Malta, this company even met the Minister of Energy, Miriam Dalli.
One of the men promoting this company in Malta said to be named “Glen Smith” but there is very little about him online other than having been a speaker at a sponsored-event in SIGMA. He is supposedly a “blockchain expert” as well. He is promoting and selling these plastic-scam-tokens.
There’s also Jussi Saloranta involved, another serial fraudster and associate and partner of Frank Ricketts.
