Luke Dalli made Chief Operations Officer of the Arts Council

I have just confirmed that Luke Dalli has been appointed as Chief Operations Officer of the Arts Council. He has been given retainers from the Arts Council for some time, and now they have made him Chief Operations Officer.

So, why is Luke Dalli complaining? He has been pigging out from the government since 2013, and somehow he still feels that the Labour Party hasn’t treated him well.
