Bangladesh to honour all its current international commitments and agreements

Chief advisor of the Interim Government of Bangladesh, Muhammad Yunus gave a genuine and off-script discourse at the United Nations General Assembly where he praised the revolution of his country and promised that his government was to work in restoring the nation’s path to development.

He claimed that the students movement that started out against discrimination developed into a people’s movement which demanded a more just and inclusive society.

Muhammad Yunus also stated that Bangladesh was to uphold all its current international commitments and agreements.
