For the fifteenth consecutive year, the Gozo Tourism Association (GTA) is organizing the Gozo Tourism Awards 2024, recognizing excellence in the island’s tourism sector.
The awards will honour individuals who have made significant contributions, including the Tourism Worker and Young Tourism Worker categories, highlighting their dedication in Gozo’s tourism industry.
In its tenth edition, the Investment and Entrepreneurship in Tourism Award will recognize a Gozitan entrepreneur who has made a major impact on local tourism. Additionally, this year’s awards will include the Gozo Business Niche Tourism Achievement Award, aimed at acknowledging innovative initiatives that enhance niche tourism in Gozo.
The Gozo Cultural Niche Tourism Achievement Award will also recognize events or festivals that boosted visitor numbers to the island. The awards will be presented at a special event on Wednesday, 22nd January 2025.
Nominations close on 6th January 2025, and nomination forms are available from the GTA office in Victoria, Gozo.
