Yesterday morning, in Marsaxlokk, during a joint inspection carried out by the police and the Agency for Detention Services, authorities detained ten individuals who lacked the necessary documentation to reside legally in Malta.
The detainees are nationals of Benin, Nigeria, Burkina Faso, and The Gambia. Following the inspection, all individuals were transferred to a detention center, where they will remain until the completion of their repatriation process
