Romanian Prosecutor said that Tate Brothers have only been granted temporary leave, but Tate Brothers don’t want to go back to Romania

Following yesterday’s news that Andrew and Tristan Tate were allowed to leave Romania on a private jet to the United States, the Romanian prosecutor issued a statement to explain the reason of their departure. The Romanian Prosecutor stated that the Tate brothers have been given temporary leave to address pending issues they have in Florida, US. The Prosecutor also said that they should be back to Romania to appear in Court on March 24th.

Andrew Tate is suing a woman in Florida over defamation claims and the a court sitting of this case is due soon. Despite the fact that the Romanian authorities are claiming that Andrew and Tristan Tate have been granted temporary leave, Andrew Tate has made it already clear that he doesn’t intend to go back to Romania. Andrew Tate also said that his case was dismissed, but it actually wasn’t and is still ongoing.

Andrew Tate is being charged in Romania over money laundering, human trafficking and raping a minor. His brother, Tristan Tate is charged with him over human trafficking.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis said that he found out that the Tate brothers were to land in Fort Lauderdale in Florida only from the media and that they are not welcome in Florida.
