At around 1:45 am, in Triq id-Dukkar, Żabbar, a balcony gave way, falling onto a parked car.
Fortunately no one was injured.
Police officers responded immediately, and a structural engineer was appointed to assess the safety of the building, which was unoccupied at the time.
This marks the second balcony collapse in Malta this week. Earlier, a similar incident occurred in Qawra, where a balcony crumbled onto a popular establishment.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the cause of these incidents.
