Man seriously injured in car-motorbike collision in Msida

Yesterday at around 6:30 p.m., police were alerted to a traffic accident on Triq Mikiel Anton Vassalli in Msida.

Upon arriving at the scene, police found that the incident involved a collision between a Smart car driven by a 40-year-old Italian woman residing in Mosta and a Honda WW125 motorcycle ridden by a 45-year-old man from Ħamrun.

A medical team was called to assist, and the motorcyclist was taken by ambulance to Mater Dei Hospital, where he was later certified as suffering from serious injuries.

Police investigations into the incident are ongoing.
