It only occurred to me recently that the Nationalist Party is using a Vladimir Putin-styled roundtable for its parliamentary group discussions in contrast to the Labour Party which uses a squarish and Last Supper-like tabling style at its Party Headquarters on the third floor.
I think it looks ridiculous. How are they able to hold a proper discussion like that with the the backbenchers sitting at the front of their Leader, on the opposite side of the ring? It’s as if they would need to shout in the middle of a discussions just so that they can be heard.
Meanwhile, and also notably, Adrian Delia is sitting next to the Secretary-General of the party who is sitting next to he Leader, effectively giving the image that Adrian Delia will have a prominent role in the party.
