Zero Sei Futsal in the women’s league dropped their first points of the season, while Santa Venera Lightnings celebrated their first-ever point after a dramatic finale.
Men’s Division: Last-Gasp Equaliser Earns Santa Venera First Point
Santa Venera Lightnings Futsal clinched their first point of the campaign with a thrilling 3–3 draw against Sliema Futsal Fort Fitness. The standout moment came in the dying seconds when Colombian player Jimenez Martinez Jonathan Jose struck a dramatic equaliser, ensuring a valuable result for Santa Venera. Meanwhile, the draw dented Sliema’s ambitions of staying among the league’s top contenders.
At the top end of the table, GŻR Birżebbuġa St. Peter’s Futsal moved level with University of Malta Futsal on 12 points after a commanding 5–0 win over Futsal Selection U19. The match swung heavily in their favour during the second half, with five different scorers contributing to the victory.
Luxol St. Andrews Futsal extended their unbeaten run with a narrow 3–2 win over Marsaskala Futsal Legends. Despite racing to a 3–0 lead, Luxol found themselves under intense pressure as Marsaskala mounted a spirited comeback, falling just short of completing the turnaround.
Żejtun Corinthians Futsal WA enjoyed a goal-filled triumph, beating Futsal Selection U17 by a 10–5 scoreline. Abuaisha Nezar Fawzi shone brightly for Żejtun, netting a hat-trick in an impressive attacking display.

Swieqi United Futsal LEC07 registered a 5–3 win over Parr Mela Rockets Futsal, taking an early lead and maintaining control despite Parr Mela’s determined attempts to turn the tide. Parr Mela remain without points this season.
St George’s Futsal enjoyed a solid 4–0 victory against St Andrews Futsal, scoring twice in each half to seal a comfortable win and stay firmly in contention near the top.
