Vice-Commissioner Kallas described Ghana as a peaceful and democratic anchor in Africa and said that she is looking forward to strengthen our cooperation especially as Ghana takes over the chairmanship of the African Union. The High Representative said that Africa’s security is deeply interconnected with Europe’s especially in cyber-security and terrorism.
