As politicians are busy with an election campaign, Joseph Portelli’s illegal activities have resumed with a bang as his trucks have been spotted once again dumping construction in Mġarr ix-Xini.
Joseph Portelli had a sanction order against him by the Planning Authority, obliging him to remove the waste had previously dumped, but he is just adding on to it instead.
