Malta’s top civil-service diplomat and Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Christopher Cutajar, has been reconfirmed in his post following the appointment of the new Minister for Foreign Affairs, Chris Fearne, who replaces Ian Borg.
Christopher Cutajar has held the post for six years. He was previously Permanent Secretary for Transport, also under Minister Ian Borg when he was responsible for the Ministry of Transport.
