One of the bodies found yesterday night in a car that was parked outside a garage in Marsaskala appears to be of 47 year old Ryan Spiteri, a popular DJ from Zabbar. According to sources, the dead woman is a 41 year old from St Paul’s Bay named Jessica Camilleri who worked as a Social Worker for Appogg. It also appears that police are working on the theory that both victims succumbed to carbon monoxide poisoning due to the vehicle left running in the garage.
Tributes poured in on social media after the man’s passing was announced. The Maltese Herald is continually updating this story with exclusive information as investigations into the case continue.

Two bodies, one of a man and another a woman have been found in a vehicle inside a garage in Marsascala earlier tonight.
According to sources close to police investigations, foul play or suicide has been ruled out initially and the deaths appear to be accidental. However, investigations are still ongoing.
The two were discovered at around 9pm inside a car parked outside a garage in Triq Salvu Buhagiar.
A magisterial inquiry has been launched to establish the exact circumstances surrounding the incident.
The identities of the two individuals are known but have not yet been made public, as some of their relatives have yet to be formally informed of the tragedy.
