I definitely support any investigation that would lead to the prosecution and indectment of Keith Schembri over Daphne’s murder and his extensive corruption but it should also be known that the narrative of Yorgen Fenech’s defence team is that Keith Schembri is fully culpable while Yorgen Fenech isn’t.
The Nationalist Party is supporting the new investigation into third-parties into Daphne’s murder. However, PN’s Justice Shadow Minister is also a Tumas Group defence lawyer and this should be clearly disclosed.
Joe Giglio is defending Yorgen Fenech’s close business associates Patrick Demanuele and Anthony Farrugia in a case involving money-laundering, embezzlement and fraud. The suspects are also believed to have been fronting Yorgen Fenech with the company Glimmmer Ltd.
