Jason Azzopardi states that Magisterial Decree on 17 Black was leaked to Keith Schembri 4 hours before it was released

In his interview held yesterday on Net TV, Jason Azzopardi claimed that Keith Schembri was handed the Magisterial decree over 17 Black four hours before it was actually released.

The shocking revelation corroborates the Prosecutor’s statements during Yorgen Fenech’s trial, citing evidence that the decree was leaked to Yorgen Fenech via Keith Schembri on 29 January 2019, around four hours before it was formally signed and communicated to the parties.

Keith Schembri regularly shared sensitive information with Yorgen Fenech, including information about unrelated Police investigations.

These leaks have so far not been investigated, and no one has been arraigned in Court over them despite the seriousness of these leaks, which may also involve attempts at obstructing justice.

The lack of investigations and arraignments over these leaks is in stark contrast with the Police investigations against me over NuxellinaLeaks.
