Investigative journalist Lilith Wittmann has won a civil case in Germany related to her “hack” of documents from the Malta Business Registry and the Malta Gaming Authority. According to her, the civil court in Germany ruled that she can make use of the documents and that she has the right to call the MGA a criminal organisation.
However, the Court also ruled that she is not allowed to hack Maltese government agency websites.

Lilith Wittmann’s research is about alleged illegal and criminal gaming and casino companies based in Curaçao which also have links to Malta.
