Catherine Tabone, Malta’s director of culture and previous deputy-chairperson of the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra has had a very special relationship with Culture Minister Jose Herrera. Saying they were close friends is an understatement.
Catherine was also asked to contest the elections with the Labour Party, but she said no because she preferred her lucrative job by which she is able to receive hundreds of thousands of Euros worth of undeclared gifts.
