The recycling of public funds to the Labour Party by Russian oligarchs

It’s very interesting how Catherine Tabone’s Russian oligarch friends are recycling public funds to the Labour Party with their supposedly philanthropic donations. The European Foundation of Culture, the organisation that has been in contact with Catherine Tabone over their collaboration with the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra, has sponsored a popular TV show on Labour’s propaganda TV channel called Brillanti, presented by Joseph Chetcuti.

This is a textbook arrangement with regard to many recipients of public funds. They are provided public funds and in return, the recipient makes a contribution to the Labour Party.
