Crisis at Mater Dei

There have been definitely more than ten deaths due to the heatwave and constant power cuts. Early this morning Mater Dei’s emergency section was jam-packed with people. Waiting times exceeded sixteen hours and more for most of the patients. Ambulances are taking more than 2.5 hours to arrive at their destination. The staff at Mater Dei is overwhelmed.

The government is fully to blame for this crisis which is a result of criminal negligence by our incompetent ministers. There is no respectable scenario where the narcissistic comedian of Miriam Dalli could ever be the Prime Minister of this country.

    Around the same time period in 2020 and 2021 during the COVID-19 crisis, there were less deaths from that mild seasonal flu virus.

    The situation with the blackouts shows how brainless politicians are who are ignorant and not fit for the job.
