Dog breeders in Malta selling the American XL Bully

Here’s a bunch of imbeciles breeding and selling the American XL Bully in the open and unregulated market in Malta just after it was banned in the UK. Are these businesses regulated? Do they have a VAT number and issue receipts? Who is keeping our streets safe? It is a rhetorical question because the Labour Party doesn’t want to interfere with these criminals lest it loses votes, just like it doesn’t want to interfere with them just like it doesn’t want to interfere with rich criminals owning wild animals.

With a new and normal government, the breeding of bully dogs would be banned and several dangerous dog breeds would be banned altogether, along with highly irregular zoos.

The situation is still very desperate.
