Rosianne Cutajar, who yesterday, attended the Labour Party’s Annual General Conference was invited to the conference officially by the Labour Party on express orders by Prime Minister Robert Abela. Another official invitee was also the disgraced ex-Minister for Education Justyne Caruana.
Justyne Caruana had to resign as Minister for Education after providing a corrupt contract to her criminal boyfriend. The Commissioner for Standards in Public Life recommended that Justyne Caruana be investigated by the police as a criminal suspect, but Police Commissioner Angelo Gafa simply waited for the charges to be time-barred in order to protect her.
Robert Abela is terrified of the prospect of losing the general election. He’s desperate and even succumbing to superstition, but inviting Rosianne Cutajar to the Annual General Conference means that Robert Abela will attempt to rekindle any kind of alliance to win the elections. This also means a potential rapprochement of the Party with Joseph Muscat.
