Imagine being a Jew

Imagine for a moment that you are a Jew.

You wake up on Sunday to find that an Islamic-Nazi terroristic organisation that has been bombing and murdering your people for years on end, unleashes a new attack on your compatriots as vicious as ever. More than 1000 innocent civilians are dead, many of them children and women who have also been raped. The leaders of the organisation which conducted the murders issue a statement saying all the Jews have to leave Israel and Palestine.

As soon as the attacks take place, left-wing organisations are justifying the attack. University professors take to social media demanding the abrogation of the state of Israel. Then throughout the week, hundreds and thousands of people most of them Arabs across European cities and the US take to the streets chanting for your total annihilation. Antisemitic chants “From the river to the sea” and “We’ll kill all the Judeo-rats” are broadcast live on television. University campuses are filled with protests that are also similar.

But that’s not all. You are also held collectively responsible for the fate of all Gazans when the Gazans are being trapped by their Egyptian neighbor who doesn’t want to welcome them,  while Hamas literally tries to block its residents from fleeing Gaza – apart from literally bombing them on their way out. And you have to explain and bring reasons why Israel and Jews have to defend themselves. Not only you are not allowed to defend yourself, but you also have to make an effort to ensure the well-being of an enemy that wants you seen annihilated.

Antisemitism has been tolerated for so long within the West and it has now reached levels of insanity where the left is justifying a literal Islamo-Nazi organisation. It is getting scarier just being a Jew in Europe.

    One needs to delve back to 1920 for the first clashes in “recent history”
    The pity is that civilians always got the stick when the Arab Committees, and Haganah / Irgun resorted to violence.
    After the 1948 Deir Yassin massacre the civilians became the pawns to sacrifice for the successive vested interests of the Zionist, Fatah, Hamas, Hezbollah, and more tragically, also states outside Palestine, Israel and Lebanon.
    Yanis Varoufakis has maybe rightly pointed out that the main culprits are in fact the USA & the Europeans, who have allowed Israel to maintain a strangling apartheid across what was once Palestine.

    During the 1920s Arab revolts in Palestine more than 15 Jewish villages were bunt to the ground.
    These Jewish villages were Bnei Yehuda, Kfar Saba, Kfar Uria, Ruhama, Hartuv, Hulda, Motza, Poria, Beit She’an, Kfar Malal, Tel Hai, Metula, etc. Women and children killed. American and European communities (Germans) lynched. John Steinbeck (the American novelist) family was one of these. Hebron massacre was the most heinous with Jewish women raped, children killed and men shot at point-blank, all this in a relatively big city of Hebron.

    Native Jews in Palestine learned to defend itself after joining the British forces under the Jewish Legion in Palestine to drive away the Ottomans in WW1 before the Mandate for Palestine in the 1940s

    Imagine being a Palestinian

    Imagine being a Palestinian and the British conquer your land. Imagine the British giving half that land to the Jews, to make it their homeland, without even consulting the Palestinians. Imagine pushing a large number of Palestinians into the Gaza Strip and then building a fortifying wall around them, restricting their travel in their own country. Imagine 100’s of Palestinian women and children killed over the last 100 years, by the Israeli’s. Finally imagine that the same Israeli’s continue taking up more land for themselves, leaving less land for the Palestinians.

    Imagine doing this to any other nation and see how they would react. Imagine me doing this to you Mark and see how you would react? Imagine I come and take over your house and restrict your living to 1 square metre in your basement and every time you want to leave the basement, you would have to ask my permission.

    I am sorry but I have no pity for someone that takes over someone else’s land and oppresses and kills it’s people for the last 100 years.

Great Britain wanted to preserve good relations with the Arabs to protect its vital political and economic interests in Palestine.”

      “In May 1946, Truman announced his approval of a recommendation to admit 100,000 displaced persons into Palestine and in October publicly declared his support for the creation of a Jewish state. Throughout 1947, the United Nations Special Commission on Palestine examined the Palestinian question and recommended the partition of Palestine into a Jewish and an Arab state. On November 29, 1947 the United Nations adopted Resolution 181 (also known as the Partition Resolution) that would divide Great Britain?s former Palestinian mandate into Jewish and Arab states in May 1948 when the British mandate was scheduled to end.”

        You need to go back a bit further than that to the first world war and the Balfour Declaration. It’s rare that an almighty fuck up is free of colonial British interests at somebody else’s expense.
