Robert Abela still hasn’t been able to execute a cabinet reshuffle, and as time passes and he loses more support, it will become ever more difficult for him, especially without the backing of his parliamentary group.
In a way, Labour rebels, have so far avoided a disaster by putting Robert Abela in place to the extent that he can’t even rile up some courage to implement a cabinet reshuffle. Things are already very bad, but things can always be worse if Robert Abela has even more power.
Robert Abela’s preferred candidate for Health Minister is Joe Etienne Abela, the current Minister for Active Ageing. Here’s his current team for his current-ministry and the experts who would be running the Health Ministry if this buffoon is made Minister for Health. The Ministry for Active Ageing should be a branch of the Health Ministry but Labour has turned into a ministry of its own so as to be able to extend the list of jobs it can hand out to its activists.

Justyne Caruana works as a legal consultant for the Minister of Active Ageing apart from having two other government jobs making her total annual salary exceed the six-figure amount. She was fired as Minister for Education by Robert Abela after the Standards Commissioner George Hyzler found her in breach of the law having potentially committed a crime after giving her boyfriend a fake job at the Ministry of Education. Police Commissioner Angelo Gafa refused to investigate the previous Minister for Education despite the clear recommendation to do so by the Standards Commissioner, allowing for several of her charges to eventually become prescribed over time. She was then rewarded with three different government jobs and is also a supporter of Joseph Muscat.

Another consultant expert of Joe Etienne Abela. Stefan Buontempo was the previous Junior Minister for Local Government and failed Labour election candidate.
Private Secretary: Mariella Abela
In his debut as minister, Joe Etienne Abela has breached the code of ethics and hired a relative as his private secretary. Mariella Abela who is the wife of his brother Christian Abela has been given a job by the Ministry as Joe Etienne Abela’s private secretary. I also find it really weird to appoint the wife of your brother as your private secretary, and kind of unusual. I’ve never heard of such a case. Do these people have any boundaries and or any sense of comprehension of their relationships in real life?
