How does Joseph Muscat know in advance about the results of the magisterial inquiry?

I’m very curious about how Joseph Muscat is aware of the results of the magisterial inquiry into his public hospitals deal, which recommends his criminal prosecution. On this matter, I have been reminded that the personal assistant of the Attorney General herself, Victoria Butti?ie?, is Michelle Muscat’s cousin Marika Vassallo.

I would assume that if the Attorney General was covering up for Joseph Muscat and other organised criminals she would have been more discrete with her appointments, but the reality is that these people are just downright stupid.
