Rosianne Cutajar’s phantom job case is strikingly similar to Melvin Theuma’s

Melvin Theuma is not facing charges due to his Presidential pardon in exchange for his testimony in the murder case of Daphne Caruana Galizia, however, the government officials who facilitated and gave Melvin Theuma his phantom job are facing charges and these include Keith Schembri, Yorgen Fenech, Sandro Craus, the former customer care head at the Office of the Prime Minister, Anthony Mario Ellul, the ex-family ministry private secretary and Anthony Muscat, the former CEO of the government’sย Housing Maintenance and Embellishment Co.ย Ltd.
