Bombing Syria under the cover of Gaza

While everybody has been fixated on Gaza, Turkey’s Sultan and new Ottoman Emperor Tayyip Erdogan is taking the opportunity to expand Turkish settlements in the North-East of Syria along with continuous bombing and military campaigns against Kurds in the area. Turkey has been fighting a war in the northeast of Syria against the Kurds since 2019 and this campaign escalated again after the October 7th Hamas attacks. Meanwhile, Russian and Syrian forces are bombing Idlib killing dozens of civilians in the process every day.

All of Turkey’s activities in the international field have been consistently against the interests of NATO, Europe, and its allies, not to mention that Turkey is acting as an aggressor against the Kurds. Erdogan has supported Hamas, is working for the rehabilitation of Bashar al-Assad, and is conducting a unilateral and illegal war and occupation of North Syria.
