An employee at the immigrants’ Detention Service in ?al Safi and a former canvasser for the previous and corrupt ex-Minister for Interior, Manuel Mallia, shared a photo of himself with Commissioner Angelo Gafa and his predecessor Lawrence Cutajar. One of his friends cheerfully replied to this photo with “top”.
I agree he’s top, in corruption, covering up for political criminals and their associates and also for helping organised crime: number one. Champion of champions. He’s also top in making criminals face justice as shown below.
