There is a lot that needs to be unraveled about the very extensive and multi-million Euro fraud scheme behind the General Workers’ Union Jobs Plus Scheme. One of the main perpetrators of this corrupt scheme is the General Workers’ Union account, Robert Borg.
Robert Borg is a director of and runs Reanda Malta – his own accounting firm which he uses as a honey-pot to pour in illicit proceeds from the GWU Jobs Plus scheme. Between 2018 and 2019, Reanda Malta received up to three payments from the Jobs Plus scheme of 22,125 on 23/02/2018, 22,125 on 19/11/2018, and another payment of 44,250 on 22/02/2019 totaling 88,500. Reanda Malta’s offices in ?amrun were also used by the GWU to run the corrupt scheme.
Reanda Malta was also the accounting firm that took over the majority of Brian Tonna’s clients after he closed shop – Brian Tonna was Joseph Muscat’s corrupt accountant.
