Joseph Portelli’s mess in Gozo

This is the mess that Joseph Portelli’s trucks made after they dumped tonnes of construction waste in M?arr ix-Xini before being served with an enforcement notice. Some rubble and waste have also been spread and flattened giving the impression of preparation for a base structure.

Did the PN stalwarts in Gozo and Madrid speak about this?
