What’s a “visual rhythm” in a street? I suppose he meant to say “aesthetic consistency”, but no, let’s drop in some fancy words to pretend that we are artists, and then you see the actual building and it’s just more tacky and cheap trash.
It’s probably “visual rhythm” because it is not consistent with the street’s aesthetic and they need to make it sound “artsy”. These people aren’t even good architects themselves.
