Rosianne Cutajar has dropped her libel case against me which she opened over my claims made in my book A Rent Seeker’s Paradise that she was bribed and corrupted by Yorgen Fenech for pushing his interests in Malta’s Parlament and at the Council of Europe. Her retreat from the libel case follows my acquittal over charges that I insulted and threatened her. I have also presented hard evidence in my libel case that corroborates my claims.
Rosianne Cutajar is one of the many corrupt politicians who used her political position and status to connive and conspire with Yorgen Fenech, a corrupt casino mogul who commissioned the murder of a Maltese journalist.ย On top of her criminal actions that were immoral, corrupt, selfish and unpatriotic and even harmed the country and the state, Rosianne Cutajar tried to bully me into silence to suppress the truth and enjoy impunity. Her methods and her ways are typical of the Labour government and they did not work because I had to fight against them. Had Rosianne Cutajar had her way, I would have been punished for telling the truth, silenced, and financially damaged.
For these above-mentioned reasons, I do not accept Rosianne Cutajar’s retreat into silence and she has to now face the consequences of her actions. I will be dedicating my time and energy to ensure that I present the legal paperwork that will commit and oblige the police to take criminal action against her. Anything less will be a criminal aberration of justice.
