Delsk Group also paid Joseph Muscat

Previous Prime Minister Joseph Muscat is being investigated for payments made to him by companies linked to Vitals Global Health Care Group (VGH) following his resignation as Prime Minister. Another company that made payments to Joseph Muscat following his resignation was Mediterranean Heart Malta, mentioned briefly in this article by The Shift. Mediterranean Heart Malta and JWP Malta are ultimately owned by Delsk Group.

Delsk Group, which is in partnership with Mark Hyzler, made a series of payments to Labour Party associates via its company, Hong Kong Qian Cheng Business Co Limited. Apart from paying Joseph Vella Bonnici and Christian Borg, bank records show that Delsk Group also tried to pay Joseph Muscat up to โ‚ฌ5,900. After the payment was rejected twice by both his Maltese and Belgian bank, most probably Joseph Muscat received the payment in a different way.

Joseph Muscat is not only controversial as a politician for being totally corrupt and under criminal investigation, he’s also controversial because despite being paid both by Azerbaijan and a shady Chinese company that facilitates rich Chinese to buy foreign passports, now he wants to become, once again a Member of the European Parliament.

If Joseph Muscat is ever re-elected to the European Parliament, the Labour Party would not only have sent a totally corrupt politician to represent it, but also an individual who is deeply compromised by the foreign interests of at least two authoritarian states.
