More Russians indicted for war crimes by the International Criminal Court

The International Criminal Court (ICC) issued arrest warrants against Sergei Ivanovich Kobylash and Ruslan Geremeyev, two Russian nationals, for their alleged involvement in war crimes in Ukraine. According to the Court, Sergei Ivanovich Kobylash and Ruslan Geremeyev are accused of using the Russian air forces and navy to target missiles specific civilian targets including power stations.

These warrants follow the indictments of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Maria Lvova-Belova for kidnapping and displacing Ukrainian children in Russia. The ICC warrant against Putin is causing him severe difficulties in traveling abroad.

The ICC Prosecutor Karim Khan has also made remarks that implied that indictments against Hamas and Israeli and IDF officials are inevitable following the war on Gaza.
