In Putin’s own words: negotiations with Russia are only meant to secure a Russian victory

This is Vladimir Putin saying quite clearly that Russia is only interested in negotiations if it is losing the war. Now that Ukraine lacks ammunition and Russia is advancing forward in Ukraine, Putin is not interested in negotiations, and is only interested in his real-time military progress on the battlefield. Basically, Russia considers negotiations as a means for victory in the case of a military defeat.

Those who claim that Europe is provoking Russia into war are either being disingenuous or outright deceptive. Those who portray the Russian invasion as a legitimate conflict between two nations are lying. Putin himself openly displays his imperialist and aggressive tendencies and objectives. Russia’s belligerence will persist until it is decisively halted, as even Putin himself has acknowledged.
