Currently, I have an ongoing libel case against me, by Simon Mercieca, one of Yorgen Fenech’s paid propagandists. Simon Mercieca was handed payments by Yorgen Fenech’s mother, Patricia Fenech. Patricia Fenech has always been very worried about Yorgen Fenech’s public image and even by 2019, she was already helping him out in his attempts to clean his image.
When he was still free, Yorgen Fenech paid Saviour Balzan to help him out by forging lies and false denials on his corrupt activities. After Yorgen Fenech was arrested, Saviour Balzan kept coordinating Yorgen Fenech’s personal PR and until today, he even meets Yorgen Fenech’s lawyers at Portomaso to discuss PR strategy.
Yorgen Fenech has gone to great efforts to bribe and buy out journalists in order to save his reputation. It only backfired when a journalist called Ivan Martin refused a โฌ500 bribe by Yorgen Fenech’s lawyer, Charles Mercieca. This was the second time that Yorgen Fenech tried to bribe a journalist with the Times of Malta. The first time he bribed a journalist with the Times of Malta was with Ivan Camilleri and today, we also have the evidence of the money that Ivan Camilleri was paid by Yorgen Fenech: โฌ10,000.
