Putin blames Ukraine for Moscow’s terror attack as Russia mounts record missile attacks on Ukraine

In his statement following the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall in Moscow, Russian President Vladimir Putin blamed Ukraine for the attack. Four gunmen from Tajikistan stormed a music concert on Friday night in Moscow and killed up to 133 people. Soon after, ISIS declared responsibility for the attack.

The Kremlin has been demanding its propagandists to pin blame on Ukraine, all the while Russia continued its record barrage of missile and drone attacks on Ukraine over the weekend. At least two of the terrorists who were captured claimed they had traveled to Russia from Turkey and were promised $5,000 by an Islamic cleric for the attack. Ukraine denied any involvement in the attack.
