David Cameron says that the UK’s support for Israel in not unconditional. Follows with reports on negotiations and humanitarian aid.

The UK’s Foreign Secretary David Cameron has penned an article on today’s issue of the UK Times saying that the UK’s support for Israel is not unconditional, but stopped short of mentioning any punitive measures. Last week, the IDF killed thre aid workers who were UK citizens.

In his article, Cameron also announced that the UK was to aid the US in its cotnruction of a port in Gaza through its link with Cyprus and by providing a warship for protection. Cameron has also stated that Israel has offered Hamas to release hundreds of Palestinian prisoners in exchange for its hostages, a proposal Hamas has refused. Hamas has been consistently demanding its return to power in Gaza in exchange for the release of its hostage, a proposal that Israel has denied to commit to.

This morning, Cameron also issued a video demanding Hamas to releaseall of its hostages, who include two British nationals.
