Apparently, in Malta, only journalists are investigated for leaks

Once a month, a judge meets Police Commissioner Angelo Gafa to discuss the updates on an investigation on several chats leaked from Yorgen Fenech’s phone that I have published on my website. The publication of these chats have resulted in the resignation of a government MP from the government’s parliament group, and also triggered a new investigation on the payments Adrian Delia received by Yorgen Fenech. They have also been revealing of various political, social and media aspects and activities.

Yet, despite all the fire and fury against me by the courts, there is no equivalent thunder against the brazen and murderous breach of the State Secrets Act by Keith Schembri and Deputy Police Commissioner Silvio Valletta. Keith Schembri kept informing and helping Yorgen Fenech all throughout the investigation literally to the point until Yorgen Fenech was arrested, and there is also extensive evidence that Keith Schembri broke the law.

At this point the fall-out between Robert Abela and Joseph Muscat is well known to the literary public, in contrast to the illiterate ONE public who still believe that Joseph Muscat Victus In Transit to Kordin is enjoying the benevolent and criminal protection of Dear Leader. So, now, Angelo Gafa can put his mind to rest that he is not going to end up unemployed and lose his villa. If Police Commissioner Angelo Gafa fails to arraign Keith Schembri and Silvio Valletta to court, and their crimes become prescribed by law, heads will have to roll and resignations brutally effected. Both in the political sphere and Angelo Gafa’s resignation itself.
