The Labour Party has a set of permanent secretaries of evil that mainly oversee a continuation and the conservation of illicit and irregular deals and activity that needs to be passed on to new leaders. Joseph Camenzuli, who has been entrusted by Robert Abela to oversee his old criminal business partner Christian Borg, is one of them. He has been an employee of the Labour Party since Joseph Muscat’s leadership and is still under the Party’s payroll.
Joseph Camenzuli is also under the payroll of Destination Europe and has been receiving a retainer of around ย20,000 annually from Delsk’s subsidiaries since 2019. Joseph Camenzuli was also the person who hooked up Delsk’s subsidiaries in Malta with Christian Borg, and Borg billed them seizable invoices for his services. Joseph Camenzuli helps Joseph Muscat run the Labour Party HR side with these companies (currently Destination Europe), and in return gets to bill the companies some big payments channeled to his friends and contacts, apart from receiving a retainer. It’s all a massive red flag with Delsk in Malta as the company seems, at face value, to be a full-time distributor of bribes and kickbacks – a sort of Labour Party criminal vehicle that is running on steroids. Now, Wang Jing, Delsk’s big boss is feeling concerned about the ongoing revelations of his companies in Malta so he is coming soon and fast to set things right, charging with a massive red flag up front.
