The disgraced and former Enemalta CEO Jonathan Cardona, who was fired from his post by Prime Minister Robert Abela, was recently in China promoting Malta’s residence schemes for Delsk. There was also Charlon Gouder with him along with Gao Mao, the current boss of Malta’s Delsk subsidiaries.     Not surprised. Why do you think J Cardona was put at the helm of RMA??? He won?t move a finger against Delsk. Friends of friends. Nothing will happen. There were ex Ministers and members of parliament lobbying for other Companies like Alex Muscat.. so all is permitted and nobody does anything.
