Israel has successfully hit and destroyed air-defense systems in Isfahan, Iran and an Iranian-militia proxy base 50 km south of Baghdad in Iraq. The base of the Popular Mobilisation Forces (PMF) in Kalsu Hashd al-Shaabi has been completely destroyed. The attack is response following a failed Iranian missile and drone attack on Israel last week.
Iran’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Hossein Amir-Abdollahian gave an interview this week saying that any attack by Israel on Iran will be met with “resolute reaction” and whatnot, but so far, plans by Iran to kickstart World War 3 seem to be met with comic reactions in the West, and embarrassment by Iranians back home. Following October 7th, top Iranian and proxy-militia leaders have been getting liquidated by Israel, with Hezbollah and Iran failing to make any significant moves against Israel.
