Gao Mao, the Chinese employee of Wang Jing of Delsk who takes care of Delsk’s subsidiaries in Malta is very aware of the legal risks of their business. So much aware he has been, that for some time now, Joseph Muscat and his associates have also been paid by Gao Mao with large sums of cash. Likewise, many of the clients of Destination Europe pay in cash, and even come from China to Malta with further cash on themselves to effect payments. Most of the bureaucratic work is done from China and then Charlon Gouder signs whatever comes his way.
The previous auditors who have worked for Delsk’s subsidiaries in Malta have also resigned their brief.
