Delsk’s business methods in Malta are also similar to its methods in Montenegro

Delsk in Malta is able to defraud the country’s residency schemes with the help of a powerhouse politician and his team of little crooks, in our case with Joseph Muscat il-Knorr. Delsk seems to be applying similar HR methods with its subsidiaries in Montenegro.

Nemanja Vu?ini?, who works for Delsk in Montenegro and also as a PA to Mao Gao in Malta, is the son of the previous head of the Montenetgrin National Security Agency, Boro Vučinić . Boro Vučinić was also Minister of Defense and Minister of Urban Planning. Malta’s boss of Delsk’s subsidiaries in Malta, Mao Gao has even met Boro Vu?ini? himself in Montenegro several times.

Particularly interesting is the fact that Boro Vučinić was head of Montenegro’s national security during the same time that Joseph Muscat and his corrupt friends were cooking up a corrupt deal with the Montenegrin government over a wind-farm project: the Mozura wind-farm deal.
