By hindsight this should have been obvious. Destination Europe’s main and official lawyer and agent that signs the papers and correspondence to and with the Malta Residency Agency for the MPRP is Charlon Gouder. Whenever he has an issue he can always call Daniel Attard who is a member of the Malta Residency Agency’s board, and whose mutual liking of Joseph Muscat can help them get along with each other well.
It is of course by Joseph Muscat’s reference that Charlon Gouder has this important position with Destination Europe. Officially, it looks like a fully-rounded Labour Party fraud considering Anton Refalo’s involvement with fake rentals. The whole chain of business is controlled, executed and even regulated by the Labour Party. Charlon Gouder can repay back Joseph Muscat by acting as his criminal lawyer in the many and upcoming court cases Joseph Muscat will be arraigned in.
As far as I can remember, from the Labour Party’s days in Opposition, Charlon Gouder has always been an insufferable little idiot. He never excelled in intelligence or in any skill whatsoever, but only in projecting uncritical and unadulterated loyalty to the Labour Party. Joseph Muscat kept him close to him because he’s the quintessential useful idiot. Jonathan Attard who is Charlon Gouder’s best friend and Minister of Justice, has a similar relationship with Robert Abela, today after Robert Abela made him Minister for Justice.
Today, Charlon Gouder still pretends he is useful to the Labour Party by hosting a propaganda show on ONE, but it’s also the Labour Party’s theatrical way to project to its illiterate section of the electorate that it has a supposedly, friendly link with Joseph Muscat. Wittingly and unwittingly, Charlon Gouder still serves his purpose for Labout as a a quintessential useful idiot.
