Charlon Gouder, Joseph Muscat’s lawyer and also business associate, has been appointed by the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries Anton Refalo to the Food Safety and Security Council. Minister Anton Refalo and and Charlon Gouder also had a business relationship together in which Anton Refalo rented fake apartment rentals to Destination Europe. Many of the landlords who were clients of Destination Europe were eventually paid by Charlon Gouder’s company called Gouder Companies following the collapse of its mother company, Delsk Group.
Charlon Gouder recently took ownership of a concession for the Rialto Theatre issued by the Labour Party. Despite being the lawyer of disgraced former Prime Minister Joseph Muscat, Gouder still enjoys a strong relationship with many elements of the Labour Party and has even appeared on ONE as a host in one of its propaganda programmes.
