Naturally, the consequence of not arresting Joseph Muscat is that he can still travel abroad, and he can even do so by using his irregularly held Maltese diplomatic passport.
I have received a report that Joseph Muscat left Malta yesterday morning, which, thinking about it, is insane. Supposedly, this person has his assets frozen, and shouldn’t be able to travel abroad, let alone going abroad to conduct business.
