The fact that Armin Ernst was both Vitals’ and Steward’s CEO should have been a red flag for an auditor

When Sri Ram Tumuluri came to Malta with the magnificent proposal to defraud the Maltese government, the ultimate ownership of the Vitals Global Healthcare group was shrouded in secrecy. Yet, despite this supposed secrecy, Armin Ernst VGH’s CEO was also the CEO of Steward International. Despite this massive red flag, which raises the obvious suspicion that Vitals was also owned by Steward, the “persecuted” auditor never raised any red flags. .

Here’s a video of the now Labour Party President, Ramona Attard promoting this fraud to the general public under the direct payment of Vitals itself, and hence, our own public funds.
