Where’s previous Economy Minister Chris Cardona who originally had signed signed the MOU with Vitals via Malta Enterprise? So far, he hasn’t been charged with any offenses on the Vitals and Steward case and one can find him on Instagram posting his garbage in between laundering his money in Dubai. His foray into the “crypto trader” grift didn’t last very long either, so it seems.
