The Magisterial Inquiry has recommended the arraignment of Chris Cardona. So, again, why is he not being charged?

It’s incredible the level of control that the Prime Minister has over the Attorney-General and the Police Commissioner. A form of control that has reached levels of blatant and explicit immunity. Yesterday, Robert Abela lied when he told the press that the police are charging people according to the recommendations by the Magisterial Inquiry. If it was so, Chris Cardona would would have been arraigned in court charged with various crimes as recommended by the Magisterial Inquiry.

Chris Cardona has not been charged yet, and instead is parroting the Prime Minister’s propaganda and attacks on the judiciary.

In his interview, yesterday, the Prime Minister has also quoted the President’s words to defend his attacks on the judiciary.

Strange, the inquiry experts were quite clear in their recommendations as to who the key players and their associates were (p.1070-1071), all were charged except for Chris Cardona…
